This is the most recent development of the OpenScan Project. This scanner is aiming at small objects of up to 9x9x9cm and my main focus is the usability of the device. For now it runs with the existing pi-image, but I will release an updated and dedicated user interface as soon as possible.
This is a preliminary and experimental version and there might be some changes in the future. Nevertheless it is fully compatible with the existing pi-shield and the only adjustment that needs to be done is the gear ratio for the rotor, which is 48000 (instead of 17067).
Furthermore you will need a 50cm camera ribbon cable and a 50cm JST-XH-3P cable for the ringlight.

All parts are designed printer-friendly and are thoroughly tested. Still the print results and especially the clearances might vary from printer to printer. Please print the tester first to see whether your settings are dialed in properly.

Cloud Processing ("One-Click-To-Scan-Button") via Autodesk Forge or other provider
